On occasion, we record our training sessions. We respect the confidentiality of all our clients/delegates, and in the case that an individual would prefer not to be involved in any video recording, this is taken into account. All clients/delegates will be informed if a training session is to be recorded ahead of time.

Marketing

When you fill out a webform to sign up to a newsletter, download a resource, such as an infographic, or enquire about a service, we may ask you to provide certain personal information, including your:

  • Job title & the organisation you work for
  • Telephone number
